Hackathon Structure and Timeline

The IDEAX2026 hackathon will unfold in distinct phases to ensure a structured and competitive environment. Following the closure of registrations on September 1st, the competition will move to its initial Online Round. This virtual phase is scheduled to run from 21st Bhadra to 28th Bhadra (September 6th to September 13th). Teams will present their initial concepts and prototypes remotely during this period, undergoing rigorous evaluation.

The culmination of the hackathon will be the Final On-Site Hackathon Event. This intensive, in-person competition will take place from 16th Ashoj to 18th Ashoj (October 2nd to October 4th). Selected teams from the online round will gather at the event venue to bring their innovations to life, working under pressure to refine their solutions and present them to a panel of expert judges. This final stage offers a unique opportunity for participants to network with peers, mentors, and industry professionals.
