Eligibility Criteria
* Must be a Canadian Small or Medium-sized Enterprise (SME). * Must be incorporated and have fewer than 500 full-time equivalent employees. * Must have its own Intellectual Property (IP). * Must be planning to hire a recent graduate (within the last 3 years) for a full-time position. * The graduate must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in Canada. * The position must be in a field related to science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM).
